Start with an email address you control, then secure your new account.
Open registration
Open the official TRAIEX website and select Get started. Enter your email address and create a unique password. Review the terms in the form before submitting.
Confirm your email
Enter the verification code sent to your email. Check Spam or Junk if it has not arrived. If you request a new code, use the newest one and follow the expiry instructions.
Finish the security setup
Open the profile menu and Security to enable two-factor authentication. Check Verification for any identity checks required by the product you want to use.
Confirming your email does not complete identity verification. Keep passwords, recovery keys and verification codes private.
What to send support
The registration step, exact error, request time and timezone, device and browser. Do not include passwords or codes.
