Send a concise private report through official TRAIEX Support so the team can review the affected page or feature.
Distinguish an account incident from a product issue
If you see an unfamiliar action in your own account, identify that operation and use the account-security guidance. If you noticed a possible weakness in a page or feature, describe the unexpected behaviour without trying to access other people’s data or accounts.
Record what you already observed
Include the page address, feature, time and timezone, browser or device, the action you took and the result you expected. Describe what actually happened. Use the minimum example needed to explain the issue, and redact session tokens, credentials and unrelated personal information from screenshots.
Submit through the official support form
Make the subject clear, for example “Possible security issue”, and submit the report through the TRAIEX support form. Keep the ticket reference. If the problem involves your account, include its UID or related operation reference so the team can identify the relevant record.
Share additional evidence in the same conversation
The team may ask for information needed to review the report. Use the same official conversation and describe any uncertainty in your observation. Do not publish sensitive evidence, other users’ information or account secrets to explain the issue.
This reporting route does not establish a bug-bounty program, reward, response deadline or permission to perform intrusive testing. Never include passwords, API secrets, one-time codes, private keys or recovery phrases.
What to send support
Affected page/feature, observed behaviour and expected result, time and timezone, browser/device, minimal reproduction information from your own activity and a redacted screenshot when helpful.
