How to deposit crypto safely

Choose the supported asset and network before sending, then check the deposit in your TRAIEX wallet.

1

Get the current deposit details

Open Wallets → Spot → Deposit. Select the cryptoasset and one of the networks offered for it. The deposit form is the reference for available routes; a familiar ticker or a network offered by the sending service does not establish support in TRAIEX.

2

Check the amount and required information

Read the minimum amount and network-confirmation requirement shown for that route. Copy the complete address and any required Memo/Tag. Consider the sending service’s fee when checking the amount that will reach the destination. There is no single deposit minimum or confirmation count that applies to every asset and network.

3

Match the sending service to the deposit form

In your exchange or self-custody wallet, select the same asset and network. Compare the pasted address with TRAIEX and include the Memo/Tag when required. A wallet such as MetaMask still needs a supported asset and network; connecting or opening a wallet does not replace these checks.

4

Check the result after sending

Save the sender’s transfer record and TXID. In TRAIEX, open Transaction History and check the correct receiving wallet. A sender’s “completed” label is not, by itself, confirmation that TRAIEX has credited the deposit.

5

Using a phone

You can follow the same checks in a mobile browser. Scroll to review the complete network, address, Memo/Tag and amount before confirming. After switching between apps or tabs, check the existing transfer record before trying again.

Before you continue

If the correct asset or network is not offered in the deposit form, do not send using a similar option. Ask support to clarify the route first.

What to send support

For a missing deposit: TXID, asset, network, amount, sending time and timezone, destination address and required Memo/Tag. Never send your wallet recovery phrase or private key.
