TRAIEX Card provides virtual and physical Mastercard cards with a shared balance in EUR. That balance is separate from funds committed to trading strategies or open positions.

Open Traiex Card from the platform’s ecosystem links. Read the availability for your country, residence requirements, verification steps and current program terms before submitting an application.
Follow the level offered to you
The program distinguishes Standard and Extended verification. Complete the procedure offered in your account; Extended may involve an additional bank review or call. Check the resulting status and any requested next step.
Availability and the bank’s decision follow the current program terms. A label such as “Unlimited” does not remove transaction, merchant or cash-withdrawal restrictions.
What to send support
The application stage, visible status or error, submission date and reference if shown. Do not attach full card details or identity documents to a general message.
