If you’re a company looking to open a corporate account with Traiex to access corporate services

Make sure you have:

Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
Certificate of Incumbency (issued within the last 6 months)
Register of Members/Directors/ Shareholders or documentation which identifies who the ultimate beneficial owners are, being the individuals that are entitled to control, directly or indirectly, more than 25% of the capital or profits of the legal entity. This includes the register(s) of members of any corporate parent(s), moving up through the corporate chain until the relevant individuals have been identified.
Memorandum and Articles of Association, prospectus, offering memorandum, or an equivalent constitutional document
List of authorized signatories
Board resolution authorizing the account opening (or an equivalent document)
List of authorized traders on the account
Additional Certificates (if applicable):
- Certificate of Name Change
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Certificate of Incorporation for any corporate directors
Required Verification for Related Parties:
- Identification Document (ID)
- Proof of Address (POA)
- ID with Selfie
Applicable individuals include:
- Directors
- Authorized traders
- UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) with 25% or more shareholding
- Shareholders with 25%+ ownership
- Significant controllers
- Authorized signatories
