Review the EUR amount credited and the conditions for your intended payment before confirming.
The 2% fee applies to funding your TRAIEX Card balance. Buying crypto with a bank card through a payment provider is a separate transaction: its cost and minimum amount are determined by the selected provider’s offer. How to check a crypto purchase offer.
Check available funds
Open the card funding flow and select an asset offered there. Funds committed to strategies or open positions do not automatically become spendable card balance.
Review the funding calculation
The card top-up fee is 2%. Check conversion into EUR, the displayed fee amount and the EUR amount to be credited before confirming. After confirmation, compare the source transaction and the card balance before making another top-up.
Check the currency of your payment
For a payment in a currency other than EUR, the conversion fee is up to 1%. Check the payment currency, conversion and total amount in the current card conditions. This conversion fee is separate from the card top-up fee.
Check the conditions for spending
Use the current card fees and terms section for purchases, cash withdrawals and applicable limits. Review card status, available EUR balance and verification requirements. Payment-wallet, merchant and ATM availability depends on the card, region and program terms.
Do not rely on a promotional example as your tariff. If a debit has no clear result, check its record and contact support before repeating the payment or top-up.
What to send support
Operation reference, date and timezone, source amount and asset, EUR amount shown, fee, status and whether funds were debited. Keep full card details and payment codes private.
