Total balance is different from funds you can move right now.
Select the right balance
Check the asset and wallet. Spot, Futures, AI Trading and the card balance serve different purposes; funds in one area may not be available in another.
Check commitments
Look for open orders, positions, strategy trades and pending operations. These may reserve funds. Cancelling an unfilled order and stopping a strategy have different effects.
Verify the operation limit
Read the available amount, minimum and fee in the transfer or withdrawal form. If the figures still do not reconcile, send support the relevant records.
Stopping a strategy prevents new trades; it does not immediately close existing trades or free all capital.
What to send support
Wallet or strategy, asset, total and available amounts, related order IDs or pending operations, and time of the observation.
