Find which part of the transfer is still waiting: the sender, the blockchain or the receiving wallet.
Confirm that the sender broadcast the transfer
Open the sending service and find the transfer record. If there is no TXID, check whether the service has actually sent the transaction. A pending request in the sending account may not yet be a blockchain transfer.
Check the network confirmations
Use the TXID in the block explorer for the selected network. Compare its status and confirmations with the requirement currently shown in the TRAIEX deposit form. Different assets and networks have different requirements; block production and congestion can also affect timing.
Compare the route and amount
Check the asset, network, complete receiving address and required Memo/Tag against TRAIEX. Check the amount against the deposit minimum shown for the route. A matching address format alone does not prove that the right network was used.
Check the receiving wallet and history
Open the relevant wallet and Transaction History. Review the selected asset and any date filters. If the transaction meets the displayed requirements but is still not credited, send the transaction details to support. Do not repeat the transfer merely to test whether the first one worked.
If the network, address or required Memo/Tag was wrong, stop and report the exact discrepancy. Recovery is not guaranteed.
What to send support
TXID, asset, network, amount, sending time and timezone, current confirmations, and the destination address or required Memo/Tag.
